About Me:

 ARIELA SUSTER is a social entrepreneur CEO and founder of SEQUENCE COLLECTION. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring, born and raised in El Salvador, she grew up during the Salvadoran Civil War a period that exposed her to the harsh realities of violence.

From shootings inside her home to car bombs and even the kidnapping of her brother. Fueled by an unwavering determination to break the cycle of violence that plagued her homeland. Ariela decided to take action and created SEQUENCE COLLECTION her fashion and accessories company that employs young men and women from violence-stricken communities in El Salvador, offering them an alternative to the path of joining gangs. 

SEQUENCE COLLECTION is renowned for its high-quality, fashion-forward products that can be customized for corporate gifting, special events, fashion collaborations, and brand partnerships. SEQUENCE has forged successful partnerships with companies that include Microsoft, Bank of America, Universal Pictures, and Vital Voices. Ariela has also created collaborations with fashion designers Diane Von Furstenberg, Jonathan Simkhai, and Target, and has an ongoing thriving collaboration in JAPAN with the brand MANIUNO, products can be found in upscale retailers Isetan and Takashimaya.
